Position Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 7,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A UAE government entity based in Dubai, driving education, research, and innovation initiatives across the region. Job Description: -Receive visitors and clients and welcome them in a professional manner that reflects a positive image of the organization -Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or provide accurate and courteous initial information -Provide support services to customers, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints in accordance with approved policies -Record customer requests and feedback and follow up with relevant departments to ensure prompt response and high-quality service

Qualifications: -Open to Arabic speakers, 30 years old and below -Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service -Bachelor’s degree is required -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle clients professionally
