About the Company…
The Company is Gladstone’s fastest growing industrial
supplier to the welding and metal fabrication industries. They provide a
holistic range of products across industries such as construction, engineering,
manufacturing, light & heavy fabrication, agriculture, asset integrity
maintenance and the DIY sector.
Having a highly qualified team of professionals that
understand the industry together with the needs of their client’s, they are now
seeking to employ an experienced Customer Service/ Sales Support Representative,
with product experience in welding, mining, engineering or manufacturing.
About the Position…
In this position, you will be required to effectively
liaison with customers and providing support for the sales team. You will be
required to answer in-bound phone-related enquires, following up with
customers, resolving any concerns or issues if they arise and provide customers
with estimated timeframes around their product distribution.
Further duties include;
- Preparing quotations and entering sales orders
- Entering data into the company ERP system
- Ensuring all administration and documentation are completed efficiently
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure the delivery of
goods.
The Ideal Candidate will have…
- Experience from industrial background, preferable in welding
or safety and equipment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to effectively utilise ERP and other software, systems
and solutions.
- Customer liaison, data input and sales process experience via
phone, email, or in person is required.
- Proactively manage and maintain a portfolio of customer
accounts
