What You'll Do

As a Subaru Service Lane Assistant, you will help keep our service drive organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and help create a positive first impression
• Assist with directing and moving vehicles throughout the service drive and dealership
• Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles in the service lane and parking areas
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out processes
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with delivery drivers and other team members
• Support the Service Advisors and Service Department with daily guest and vehicle needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service lane and surrounding areas
• Follow dealership safety procedures and parking protocols
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Service Department
