Customer Service Support Specialist (Order Entry) (1 Year Project Based)

About this Position Join us as a Customer Service Support Specialist (Order Entry) and play a key role in Project 51, a global initiative focused on harmonizing and simplifying SAP sales area structures across regions. This position supports the successful transition to a more standardized and efficient operating model by helping ensure data accuracy, process readiness, and business continuity throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will directly support customer service excellence and operational efficiency during a major business transformation. In this role, you will work closely with Customer Service, Master Data, IT, and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced project environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a large-scale global SAP transformation, contribute to process improvements, and help drive the successful adoption of new ways of working across the organization. Success in this role means supporting a smooth implementation, minimizing disruptions, and helping teams confidently transition to the new operating model. What you´ll do Support master data preparation and harmonization activities, including data validation, cleansing, uploads, and cutover readiness for SAP sales area standardization Perform testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate order entry processes and master data functionality prior to deployment Provide go-live and hypercare support, assisting with issue resolution and stabilization during the transition to the new SAP sales area structure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation and OCR process adjustments resulting from changes in sales area determination logic and master data structures Contribute to Project 51, a global SAP harmonization initiative, by helping drive a standardized and efficient customer service operating model across regions
