Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist students, parents, and educators with questions about our programs, services, and platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to the e-learning platform.
- Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback accurately.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Support the customer support team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Junior and senior students, and fresh graduates.
- Currently pursuing a degree or relevant coursework in communication, education, or a related field.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
