Customer Support & Success Officer
This role combines customer support, software training, bookkeeping, payroll, and farm financial management. Your primary focus will be supporting customers who use Agrimaster, helping them understand best-practice financial management processes, troubleshooting issues, and maximising the value of their software.
As your expertise develops, you'll progress into:
- Payroll support
- Customer training
- Webinar delivery
- Budgeting assistance
- Farm financial consulting
- Customer onboarding and implementation support
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys finance and also enjoys working directly with customers.
