- Min 2.5 years Proven experience Proven experience in customer support, preferably in the moving, logistics, or service industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism.
Core responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to moving services.
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and scheduling options.
- Assist customers in preparing for their move by explaining procedures and answering questions.
- Book, modify, and confirm moving appointments while coordinating with dispatch and moving teams.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed and filed appropriately.
- Communicate any scheduling changes or service updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
