Cyber IAM Managed Service_Ping ID

We are seeking an skilled and motivated with minimum 24 months of experience to join our Identity Management team, focusing on PingID MFA, workforce authentication and enterprise identity security operations. The ideal candidate will support PingID administration, incident resolution, access request fulfilment, operational monitoring and service improvements across IAM operations

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in identity management, access management, MFA operations or PingID/Ping Identity administration.​
  • Good understanding of MFA concepts, authentication factors, adaptive authentication, SSO, federation and secure access controls.​
  • Hands-on exposure to PingID administration, policy configuration, device registration, enrollment flows, reporting and operational monitoring.​
  • Understanding of PingID integrations with PingFederate / PingOne, VPN or RADIUS-based access, Windows login, cloud apps and enterprise SSO use cases
  • Basic to good understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RADIUS, DNS, certificates and authentication troubleshooting methods.​
  • Experience with incident, change, problem and request management processes in a managed services or client-support environment.​
  • Ability to review logs, user issues, device status, policy behavior and authentication failures to support root cause analysis and remediation.​
  • Good documentation, presentation and reporting skills for SOPs, KB articles, control evidence and client update
  • Have good working knowledge of PingID MFA, workforce authentication, SSO integration patterns and identity access management operations.​
  • Troubleshoot MFA, device pairing, registration, authentication flow, policy, user access and integration-related issues using defined runbooks and tools.​
  • Support PingID operations and assist with integrations for enterprise applications, VPN/RADIUS, SSO platforms, Windows login, cloud and hybrid identity environments.​
  • Execute approved MFA configuration changes with validation, rollback support and stakeholder communication under guidance.​
  • Support access request governance, periodic access reviews, compliance evidence collection and remediation tracking.​
  • Follow SOPs/runbooks, document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge management for recurring issues.​
  • Collaborate with Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on incidents, changes and service improvement activities.​
  • Identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities, and communicate them to the appropriate senior team member

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).​

Ping Identity / PingID administration training or relevant IAM, MFA, security or cloud identity certification preferred
