cybersecurity & technology manager (weekends, shift) #IKR

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity & Technology Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity governance, technology risk, regulatory compliance, infrastructure transformation, and large-scale program delivery within the banking and financial services sector. The role will lead cybersecurity initiatives, third-party risk management programs, operational resilience projects, and regulatory compliance activities across regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk remediation, and technology transformation programs across multiple regions.
• Manage third-party cybersecurity risk assessments, vendor governance, and compliance obligations.
• Drive regulatory compliance initiatives including MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM), MAS Notice 655, and cybersecurity control frameworks.
• Deliver operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure security programs.
• Coordinate cybersecurity remediation activities with CISO, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Manage data centre migrations, infrastructure transformation, security enhancement, and resilience testing initiatives.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement across business, technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory functions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Cybersecurity Governance, Technology Risk, or Infrastructure Delivery within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, third-party risk management, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs, MFA implementations, DLP initiatives, data protection, and infrastructure security projects.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations, technology risk frameworks, audit remediation, and security governance practices.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance skills.

• PMP
• Scrum/Agile Certifications (PSM, CSM)
