Data Analyst

We are seeking TWO Data Analysts (Mid or Senior Level) with a passion for game economies to join our growing teams! You’ll play a critical role in analyzing player behaviour, balancing our in-game economy, and providing insights that drive the evolution of our games. Your work will be central to creating a rewarding and sustainable player experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to analyze game performance and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive long‑term success across our games.

  • Strengthen experimentation capabilities through rigorous design and the application of statistical methods, including causal inference, econometrics, Bayesian modelling, and A/B testing.

  • Collaborate closely with game designers to implement, balance, and optimize game economy features.

  • Partner with the Game Design and LiveOps teams to analyze game performance and deliver insights that inform and guide the game’s future direction.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analyst roles within the gaming industry or closely related domains (e.g., product analytics, game economy analysis).

  • Proven track record of leading impactful investigations in game or product analytics.

  • Deep understanding of the data science workflow, including experimental design and core statistical methodologies.

  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python) and SQL; familiarity with data engineering and data visualization tools(e.g. Power BI) is a plus.

  • Passion for games, with a solid understanding of the free‑to‑play business model preferred.
