Data Analyst (PSH FSAOPS)

PAY RATE: $19.00 PER HOUR. This rate is fixed and is not negotiable. Please do not apply if you are seeking a higher rate. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. You must currently reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and be able to commute to a Washington, DC worksite each business day. No relocation assistance is provided. Applications from outside the region will not be considered. Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, onsite. Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Data Analyst on behalf of a government client in Washington, DC. Duties and Responsibilities The Data Analyst shall analyze results using statistical techniques to provide or write program reports. The Data Analyst shall develop and implement data collection systems including other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency with good data quality. The Data Analyst shall acquire data from primary or secondary data sources with a view to maintaining databases. The Data Analyst shall identify, analyze and interpret trends, patterns and performance indicators to locate and clarify any code problems that shall develop. The Data Analyst shall filter and clean computer or system reports, ensure that printouts are legible always and shall work collaboratively with program managers, evaluators and quality assurance team to ensure and enhance performance. The Data Analyst shall become skilled in the organization's data systems. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Knowledge of statistical techniques, data collection systems, database maintenance, and report preparation 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Must pass a background check prior to start date Residency Preference District of Columbia residents will receive special preference points in the selection process.
