Data Analyst Quality Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Quality & Data Specialist to join our team and help drive process optimization, quality assurance, and automation initiatives across our HR Shared Services environment.
What will you do?
- Analyze complex datasets and derive actionable quality improvement measures.
- Support internal and external audits across various operational locations.
- Prepare and analyze quality metrics to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Conduct process observations to identify quality improvement and optimization opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain system-supported and automated testing solutions.
- Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of existing and future virtual assistants.
- Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and digitalization initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in quality management, process improvement, analytics, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in German, you will work with German colleagues.
- Communicative English language skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis especially in Excel.
- Experience with Celonis.
- Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and process optimization.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
