Data Analyst (SQL/Python, Operations Focus)

About the Project

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join an international project focused on large-scale data aggregation and operational support. This role combines data analysis with operational responsibilities, offering an opportunity to work closely with both internal teams and the client.

Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
Validate business hypotheses and support data-driven decision-making.
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries.
Investigate client-reported issues and perform data validation.
Conduct root cause analysis and assist in resolving operational incidents.
Support day-to-day operational processes and client requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements
Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel.
Strong self-management and ability to work autonomously.
Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, operational environment.
Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside standard working hours.

Working Conditions
Working schedule: Sunday–Thursday (Ukraine time zone).
Strong focus on information security and data confidentiality.
