Data Analyst (US Semiconductor MNC)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Location: Kallang

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours

Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and validate procurement and material master data.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
• Identify and resolve data or system-related issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely data setup.
• Support BOM reviews, MRP and automated purchase-order processes.
• Improve data quality, workflows and process documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Data Analytics, IT, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, master data, procurement support or reporting.
• Strong analytical, logical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, BOM, MRP or manufacturing-related data would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with good data accuracy and time-management skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting tools and business systems.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
