As a Data Analytics - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, specifically within our Data Risk practice. You will apply a learning mindset and take ownership of your development, appreciating diverse perspectives and needs. Responsibilities
- Providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations to clients across various industries
- Conducting privacy impact assessments and developing privacy policies to safeguard personal information
- Implementing data protection measures to confirm compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Navigating complex privacy and data protection requirements to minimize legal risks
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and support legal solutions
- Analyzing data breach incidents and advising on cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information
- Utilizing analytical thinking to discern patterns and gather information from diverse sources
- Applying professional and technical standards to uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Building commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates to drive value for clients
- Embracing change and adapting to fast-paced environments with diverse clients and team members
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
