Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Data & AI projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- MSBI Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) stack, including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
- Azure Data Services Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Fabric.
- Architectural Design: Ability to design and implement complex data architecture solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Design & Delivery: Take ownership of end-to-end data architecture delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and meet business requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to execute Data & BI projects successfully.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and set clear objectives for project milestones.
- Data Architecture Design: Architect and implement innovative, high-performance data solutions using MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Fabric.
