1.Rack and Stack of all equipment across three data centers (Network Gear, Servers, Storage, Cabinets

2. Includes cabling and power from cabinet to components

3. Coordinate Power Whip needs to the cabinets with the DCE Team

4. Abide by client and SWA Change Control Parameters

5. Change windows are typically 1 am to 4 am; Changes must be pre-approved in Customer Service Management Tool.

6. Coordinate with third party Vendors

7. Work with vendors on drive replacements, etc.

8. Deal with Hardware Alerts

9. Physically handle the tape media, include removing tapes from tape libraries and inserting tapes into the tape libraries.

10. Preparing tapes for movement to the offsite vault and performing the hand off to and the receiving of tapes with the offsite vault vendor

11. All activities to be done while maintaining client audit compliant standards for data centre and tape media

12. Resources will be required to work in shifts, including night shift and be available for on-call support.
