Data Channel Manager

Responsibilities and Impact:
Oversee and manage data channels such as DataBricks, Snowflake, SFTB, S3 buckets, and API to ensure efficient data delivery.
Ensure data delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with product owners to develop requirements for new data channels.
Manage the development of new data channels and workstreams.
Design and implement specific data flows tailored to individual user preferences.
Monitor and optimize data channel performance to enhance client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, & 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing data delivery channels such as DataBricks, Snowflake, SFTB, S3 buckets, and API.
Strong understanding of data flow design and implementation.
Excellent project management skills with experience in collaborating with product owners.
Ability to work in a global team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing and managing new data channels and workstreams.
Proficiency in cloud platforms and data integration tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
