As part of a collaborative Data & Reporting team, you'll design, build and enhance data pipelines, ensure data integrity throughout a major migration programme, and help establish modern engineering practices that will support the business well into the future.

As part of a collaborative Data & Reporting team, you'll design, build and enhance data pipelines, ensure data integrity throughout a major migration programme, and help establish modern engineering practices that will support the business well into the future.
What you'll be doing
- Designing, developing and deploying robust, scalable data pipelines.
- Rebuilding legacy integrations into a modern enterprise data platform.
- Implementing reconciliation and validation processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Working closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Contributing to modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, source control and automated testing.
- Supporting data governance, lineage, security and compliance initiatives across the programme.
- 5+ years' experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including complex T-SQL development.
- Experience building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines.
- Knowledge of modern data engineering tools such as Snowflake, DBT and Python (highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, APIs, XML and JSON.
- Experience working with DevOps, Git, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in complex, evolving environments.
