Data Engineer

We collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade data pipelines that power analytics, AI, and reporting products.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and/or Snowflake
Design and implement robust ETL/ELT processes across multiple data sources
Apply data pipeline architecture best practices, including orchestration, data quality, and monitoring
Optimize pipeline performance, cost, and reliability in production environments
Collaborate with analytics, product, and engineering teams to ensure data availability and quality
Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues as they arise

We are seeking a Data Engineer with a solid foundation in data engineering fundamentals and experience handling sensitive healthcare data.

Senior-level, hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines using Databricks and/or Snowflake
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data
Practical experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes end to end
Solid understanding of data pipeline architecture principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy
Ability to work independently and mentor other engineers on best practices
