Data Privacy Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support implementation of PDPL and NDMO requirements across business functions.
Conduct RoPA, PIAs for Processes and Systems, and oversee Consent & Cookie Management operations.
Manage Data Sharing Agreements, Third-Party Privacy Risk Assessments, and Breach Response workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders on process documentation, integration of privacy controls, and operational rollout.
Support BI teams in developing PDPL dashboards using Informatica, Power BI, and related tools.
Assist in the design and delivery of training and awareness programs across user groups.
Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance, and delivery of bilingual documentation (Arabic/English).
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s PDPL and global privacy regulations.
- Hands-on experience with RoPA, PIAs, Consent Management, and data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Securiti.ai).
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Prior experience delivering in high-governance environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
