Responsibilities
- Serve as the authority on data governance (DAMA-DMBOK), data quality, data management, data privacy/PDPL, and BI/analytics for all programme content.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-domain content — governance, quality, privacy, roles and responsibilities, and BI messaging.
- Co-design the data-literacy framework and the Data Awareness Survey, and advise on data-literacy assessment measures under Segment 3.
- Support executive briefings and immersion sessions with data-domain credibility.
- Interpret data-literacy metrics with the Adoption Analyst and recommend content or intervention adjustments.
- Maintain alignment with TAWAL's data strategy, policies, and the KSA regulatory context (PDPL, NDMO, SDAIA).
Requirements
- 8–12 years in data governance, data management, data quality, or analytics, ideally with advisory or change-enablement exposure.
- Experience in enterprise or telecom/infrastructure data environments preferred.
- Familiarity with the KSA regulatory context (PDPL, NDMO, SDAIA) strongly preferred.
- Data governance and DAMA-DMBOK; data quality and data management.
- Data privacy/PDPL; BI and analytics; data science/analytics concepts.
- Data-literacy framework and awareness-survey design.
- Translating technical concepts for business audiences; stakeholder advisory.
- Certifications in CDMP (DAMA) — preferred; Informatica or a cloud data-governance certification — a plus.
- Language: English (fluent).
