Data Scientist, Growth

You will own the growth funnel from acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion. You will identify high-leverage opportunities, design and analyze experiments, build instrumentation and metrics, and work directly with growth engineering to ship changes that improve funnel outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own growth funnel metrics end to end
• Drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Identify high-leverage funnel opportunities
• Turn opportunities into experiments that ship
• Design, run, and analyze growth experiments
• Build growth instrumentation, metrics, and agents
• Help shape the growth data function

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Python
• Applied statistics
• Experience with A/B and growth testing
• Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Ability to build systems and agents that proactively surface growth opportunities
• Ability to work with directional results while applying rigor when needed
• Entrepreneurial and autonomous approach
