Now we’re looking for a Data Scientist to help us develop AI products and turn data into insights, predictions, and smarter experiences for our users. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup where your models and analyses will directly shape both product and business decisions.
What you’ll do
Design and build models for recommendations, personalization, and forecasting
Analyze user behavior and event data to uncover trends and opportunities
Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to drive data-informed decisions
Build pipelines and dashboards to make insights accessible across the company
Explore new approaches (ML, AI, statistical models) to improve our product and operations

AWS, Python, Go, ClickHouse, MongoDB
Modern analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude/etc. — flexible depending on what you prefer)

Who you are
Strong background in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics
Comfortable working with real-world messy data and making it actionable
Experience with Python (pandas, scikit-learn, or similar) and SQL
Curious, collaborative, and excited to apply data to the world of live entertainment
