Responsibilities
Oversee delivery processes and drive successful project outcomes.
Coordinate development, QA, PM, and stakeholder teams.
Plan, manage, and optimize product delivery roadmaps.
Improve internal processes, productivity, and transparency.
Maintain and grow strong client relationships.
Manage risks, reporting, and project milestones.
Participate in presales, estimate work scope, and support decision-making.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Product Owner / CPO
Prior experience in IT outsourcing or outstaffing — must.
Based in Europe, the EU, or Ukraine — must. Candidates based in Asia are not considered.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience managing multiple teams and projects (10+ people).
Advanced English level.
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to Have
Technical background (BA / Engineering / Architecture).
Experience with presales and client presentations.
Knowledge of product analytics and roadmap planning.
