Delivery Manager

Right now, we’re looking for a Delivery Manager to help run our development projects and support clients through our growing end-to-end pipeline.
If you can balance multiple personalities, timelines and priorities without losing sight of the big picture, this role is your chance to make an impact in the AI space. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you’ll work within our Delivery Programme to keep projects on track, own client relationships end-to-end and maintain clear internal and external lines of communication.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple tech projects
Keep developers, designers, and stakeholders aligned and accountable
Track progress, identify issues early, and keep momentum high
Support the Delivery Programme with scheduling, reporting, resource planning and timelines
Maintain structure and focus in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
What You’ll Bring
Experience owning end-to-end client relationships and repairing broken ones by creating a culture centred around consistent technical delivery
Proven experience managing digital or software projects
Strong organisational and communication skills
A practical mindset - clear, calm, and solutions-focused
Ability to thrive in a team that moves quickly across many product lines
