Delivery Manager - Power Platform

Salary: $74.22 per hour plus super

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft technology platform for a government client.

This role ensures alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and technology governance standards, while managing delivery teams and driving work package success.

Role

• Develop and manage delivery roadmaps, work package plans, scope, timelines, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of solutions
• Monitor risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies and escalation protocols when necessary.
• Manage dependencies across teams and work packages to minimise delivery impact
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding Platform delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of changes, risks, and decisions.Partner with
• Project Managers to align work package sprint and release planning with project or program timelines.
• Coordinate with Release Managers, Architects, and Services teams to ensure smooth delivery and transition to operations.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams to maintain delivery standards, QA deliverables, resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, team coordination, and stakeholder engagement in line with EBP existing practices and frameworks.

Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience in delivery management or project management of ICT solutions, preferably within a Microsoft technology stack.
• Demonstrated experience Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to align sprint-based delivery with program timelines. Use of Jira and Confluence tools.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for medium-to-large work packages.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
