Demandgen / Growth Marketer
As a Growth Marketing Manager you will develop execute and optimize growth marketing strategies to engage retain and grow the customer base You will build cross channel campaigns analyze data and collaborate with marketing operations to align campaigns with product and business goals in a Web3 context
Responsibilities
- Establish growth marketing as a repeatable scalable engine across geos audiences and channels with best in class campaigns driving an increasing share of business outcomes
- Build growth marketing into a core capability integrated with our audience marketing approach delivering high performing campaigns for product managers growth teams and ecosystem partners across their journey
- Develop scalable automated campaign journeys to deliver triggered content such as KPI dashboards and wallet insights in collaboration with product marketing and marketing ops
- Create testing and optimization frameworks to explore new segments messages content and offers and drive continuous improvement through AB testing
- Deepen understanding of Web3 customer behavior and use insights to refine segmentation and engagement across touchpoints
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience including 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation at a high growth SaaS startup
- Expertise in building high performing scalable email and cross channel growth campaigns with knowledge of metrics and optimization
- Experience with experimentation and data analysis and translating insights into actionable campaign changes
- Proven track record of uniting customer data segments channels creative content and offers to drive business outcomes via lifecycle growth strategies in a Web3 context
- Proficiency in end to end campaign development execution and measurement with marketing ops tools such as HubSpot Clay or similar
- Passion for blockchain technology and its applications in ecosystem growth with familiarity in DeFi tradFi or cross chain analytics a plus
