Deputy Construction Manager

Position - Deputy Construction Manager / Site Manager

The role will be responsible for all construction-related planning, civil, mechanical, and E&I contractor evaluation, contractor management, team management supervision, reporting, and forecasting (physical and financial) on all aspects of the site construction phase of projects from constructability review through to mechanical completion (MC).

Education Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
15+ years industry experience as Construction Manager in Oil & Gas EPCC projects.

Main Responsibilities:

As company representative at site, provide leadership, direction, and technical expertise to develop detailed project key indicators plans and schedules to ensure all construction activities are completed on time. This includes coordinating with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to align schedules and resources.
Ability to liaise with a wide variety of staff and clients at all levels.
Demonstrate leadership skills, mobilize people and teams, and drive for successful delivery.
Scope management.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
