Deputy Manager

Major Accountabilities:

• Develop annual / quarterly training programs based on business needs as well as employee development requirement
• Execute the training plans to ensure the organizational and employees’ development goals are fully fulfilled as planned
• Assist talent manager to carry out talent development programs to build and strengthen company talent pool
• Responsible for new employee orientation training for both salaried and hourly employees to help new hires quickly adapt to new work environment
• Organize and facilitate other training or people development programs based on business requirements
• Support leaders for development activities and career planning, continuously monitor talents and their development actions.
• Support Performance management process within the defined scope
• Support Employee engagement surveys – system usage, participation, action plans, communication.
• Support employees with Workday, Aptiv Academy, Peakon and other tools usage.
• Administer learning platforms and learning management systems
• Coordinate Graduate and Internship Programs
