Design & Aesthetics Intern

Role Objective

To enhance the visual appeal, layout, and overall aesthetics of RoboPlayZone gaming arenas and event setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in game arena decoration ideas

• Improve visual appeal of play zones

• Support theme-based setups for malls and events

• Assist in branding placement and visual alignment

• Design / Architecture / Creative background

• Interest in design and visual aesthetics

Learning & Exposure

• Hands-on exposure to experiential and interactive game design

• Learn how aesthetics influence customer engagement

• Work on real-world: o Arena layouts o Theme-based décor o Branding integration

• Understand mall and event-based setup constraints

• Learn coordination between design, fabrication & operations teams

• Exposure to live customer feedback and usage behavior

• Build a portfolio of executed installations

• Understand design from a business and revenue perspective

• Exposure to 5 brands and multiple service domains

• Direct access to founders and leadership

• Real project and client interaction
