Design Consultant
We’re hiring a Graphic Design Consultant (D2C) who will interact with customers daily, understand their requirements, and suggest the most suitable design concepts and styles. This is a consultation-first role, focused on guiding customers rather than executing designs.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis to understand their design preferences and requirements
- Recommend suitable design concepts, styles, and layouts aligned with customer needs
- Advise customers on visually effective and aesthetically appealing design choices.
- Collaborate with internal design teams to bring recommended ideas to life
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and impactful design guidance
Requirements
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Good understanding of design basics (colors, layouts, aesthetics)
- Ability to suggest ideas, not just create designs
- Experience in D2C / customer-facing roles is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in wallpaper, surface, textile, or pattern design
