Design Coordinator, Architecture (Building Project)

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 GeneralBuilder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
• Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with building project experience
• Be able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
