Job Summary

Lead and manage the interior design team to deliver innovative, client-aligned building and interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, collaboration, and strategic design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the interior design team to develop creative concepts and deliver projects from initial design through to completion
• Drive the strategic design vision for diverse commercial and residential projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and brand standards
• Present design pitches and build strong client relationships as the principal creative contact for major accounts
• Oversee design development, including material selection, technical drawings, and spatial planning to ensure design integrity and functionality
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project execution, manage budgets, and meet delivery timelines
• Review and approve technical details, 3D renderings, site mock-ups, and final handovers to maintain high-quality standards
• Monitor industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects
