The Design team is part of 4th Floor Creative and works with all of Sony’s labels to conceptualise, design and develop creative artwork concepts for artist campaigns. The design team also contribute to other 4th Floor projects across brands, CRM, digital initiatives and the Podcast division. Working in a fast-moving and lively environment, you will be accountable for designing digital artwork, branding, presentations and other marketing collateral, including some print packaging. You will need to be dedicated to producing high quality work and have a great eye for detail. The right candidate will be passionate about contemporary visual culture, fashion, photography and typography.

Role Overview:
Ways of Working
- Office attendance: Monday to Thursday
- Offsite working: Occasional off-site event attendance required
What you'll do:
- Designing treatments, pitch documents and internal communications
- Art direction & Design for print and digital assets across Sony artist campaigns and wider 4th Floor initiatives. Including, though not exclusively, logos, single / album / EP artwork, digital assets, and merch
- Layout & design for CD and vinyl formats
- Liaise with the Visual Creative team and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of creative is prioritised and on time
- Keep up to date with the latest design and tech developments
- Participate in creative sessions alongside the Visual Creative team, marketing managers, artist managers and other stakeholders
Who you are:
Essential
- Competent in Adobe Creative suite
- Love of all visual culture
- Cinema 4D or similar experience

Process Overview
- Applications open August 10th at 10:00 and close August 24th at 10:00. Candidates whose applications are selected will be invited to complete a video interview between September 28th and October 3rd.
- Candidates who pass this stage will then be invited to the final stage of the process, an in-person assessment centre in early November. We will send further information on this stage before the date arrives.
- Successful applicants will start in January 2027.
