Designer & Sales Executive

Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable design and product solutions.
Handle customer enquiries and discussions related to wallpaper, stickers, and other related products.
Meet and communicate with customers to understand their design requirements and project needs.
Prepare simple design proposals and artwork based on customers’ requirements.
Follow up with customers on quotations, design confirmation and project progress.
Use Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop for design and artwork preparation.
Coordinate with the internal and installation teams to ensure customers’ requirements are properly carried out.
Follow up with existing customers and assist in developing new sales opportunities.
Perform other design and sales-related duties assigned by the company.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (AI) and Photoshop.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to understand customers’ needs and provide suitable solutions.
Good learning ability and willing to learn new products and skills.
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
Good customer service and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Experience in wallpaper, stickers, interior renovation, advertising design or related industries will be an advantage.
