- Hardware & Software Support: Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Connectivity: Managing LAN/WAN setups, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi issues.
- User Management: Managing accounts using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Ticketing Systems: Utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to document, track, and resolve end-user technical issues.
- Security & Backups: Monitoring anti-virus solutions, ensuring data backups, and enforcing IT security policies.
