•Installation/reinstallation of OS, upgrades, and patches for desktops/laptops
•Troubleshooting network connectivity (LAN) issues
•Installation of desktop/peripheral hardware (printers, scanners)
•Configuration of network and local printing devices
•Coordination with other vendors for support
•Recording ticket details in site knowledge base
•Remote support wherever feasible
•Installation of software such as MS Office, Acrobat Reader, mail clients
