Developer Advocate
You will write open-source code, samples, and plugins that demonstrate the Unlock Protocol across languages and frameworks. You will design features for developers and creators, create tutorials and presentations, lead live-coding sessions, review code, support external developers, and build demos with strategy and partnerships. You will also help motivate and lead external moderator teams.
Responsibilities
- Write open-source code, samples, and plugins
- Design and specify features for third-party developers and creators
- Write tutorials
- Record presentations
- Perform live-coding sessions at conferences and events
- Review code and provide feedback to internal and third-party developers
- Build demos with strategy and partnerships
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an individual contributor software developer
- Production-grade code including tests and documentation
- Extensive JavaScript experience
- Front-end and backend JavaScript experience
- User experience design
- Visual design
- Experience with blockchain, NFTs, Ethereum, or web3
- Independence
- Proactivity
- Ability to motivate, empower, and lead external moderator teams
- Ability to quickly learn and teach technologies and frameworks
- Excellent English communication skills
