Developer Robotic Operation Support - Automation

Responsible for ensuring the operation, stability, and evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions, acting as an operational reference within the Automation CoE.

Specialized in UiPath and Power Automate.

Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify and resolve issues.

Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with different business units.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in the operation and support of automation solutions (ROS / Run & Maintain), including failure analysis, troubleshooting, and production stability.

Practical knowledge of:

• UiPath
• Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)

Experience in monitoring executions, log analysis, and managing failures and incidents.

Understanding of RPA / automated workflows and their operation in production.

Experience in incident, problem, and change management contexts (ITSM / operations).

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
