DevOps Engineer
You manage and build hybrid infrastructure and services running primarily on Kubernetes. You configure internal services, build and maintain monitoring systems, deploy environments, drive bare-metal deployment, perform performance and integration testing, improve infrastructure, and support production systems through root cause analysis and monitoring. You collaborate with software development and QA teams and participate in disaster-response on-call coverage.

Requirements
- More than 4 years of continuous DevOps or IT systems administration experience
- Knowledge and practical experience administering Unix/Linux servers, including Debian/Ubuntu and RHEL/CentOS
- Understanding of common IT security practices
- Experience building and maintaining hybrid infrastructures
- Experience implementing CI/CD, with GitHub Actions as a plus
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and SaltStack
- Experience with virtualization and containerization tools
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 requirements, and CIS benchmarks
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and clustering
- Proficiency in cloud-based DevOps practices, Terraform, infrastructure as code, and policy as code
- Kubernetes experience deploying, testing, and managing clusters
- Proficiency with Git
- Experience with log management tools
- Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring in production environments
- Understanding of software development processes and cooperation with software development and QA teams
- Knowledge and practical experience in advanced networking, including local and global networks, ACLs, firewalls, VPN tunnels, and advanced routing
- Availability for 24/7 on-call coverage in case of a disaster
- AWS or GCP experience is an advantage
- Microsoft 365 experience is an advantage
