Job Description

• Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production
• Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues & progress
• Managing schedule & supporting cross-functional engineering effort
• Assist DFT structure implementation & review team members work
• Working with test engineers to bring up test vectors on test-house/silicon.

Job Requirement

• Graduated in EE or related Engineering
• From 8 years working experiences
• Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
• Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
• Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
• MBIST / SCAN pattern build up in ATE
