Digital Delivery Support
Summary:
Digital Delivery Support plays a key role in helping CDB improve how it operates, supporting the rollout and adoption of core systems like Monday.com, Akeneo, and our internal Switch+ platform across the Delivery and Product teams.
This role is focused on helping systems get used effectively, spotting opportunities to improve manual processes, and working alongside internal IT and external partners to bring practical, scalable solutions to life. You'll start close to execution, supporting existing rollouts, with real room to take on more ownership as you find your feet and prove yourself.
Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout and adoption of core systems (Monday.com, Akeneo, Bynder, Power BI, Crossfire/CFX, and our internal Switch+ platform) across the business
- Help identify opportunities to move manual processes into structured, system-led workflows
- Work closely with Delivery and Product teams to understand pain points and help build practical improvements
- Coordinate with internal IT and external partners to help scope, prioritise, and deliver system enhancements
- Help maintain and improve reporting, dashboards, and data visibility across teams
- Help ensure systems are used correctly and consistently, and flag where teams are falling back to manual processes
- Identify practical, low-lift ways to use automation and AI to take manual work off the team, and help formalise how AI tools are used across the wider group
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years' experience, ideally your second or third role, someone on the way up rather than already senior
- Experience working with business systems, workflow or data tools (e.g. Monday.com, Akeneo, Power BI or similar)
- Strong process improvement mindset, practical, not just a reporting background
- Comfortable working with IT teams and external vendors to help deliver solutions
- Genuinely curious about systems, automation, and how tools including AI can be applied in a practical way, and actually uses it outside of work too, even better if you've used it to improve your own day-to-day
- Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams
- Proactive rather than reactive, comfortable spotting gaps yourself rather than waiting to be handed them
