Job description

The Digital Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by driving sales opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering tailored Visa solutions. The role combines consultative selling, data-driven account management, and proactive client engagement to support revenue growth and client success.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (e.g. masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g. masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role
• Strong background in the payments industry, including card payments, digital payments, banking, fintech, or financial services
• Understanding of payment ecosystem, acquiring, issuing, value-added services, and digital commerce solutions
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and manage a sales pipeline effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
