Are you a technology leader who enjoys shaping strategy, driving innovation, and building capability?We are seeking a Digital Technology Manager to lead technology strategy, digital platforms, AI initiatives, vendor partnerships, and technology governance within a growing not-for-profit organisation in the education sector.
About the Role
- Develop and deliver the organisation's technology strategy.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and AI.
- Lead business applications and digital platforms to support organisational goals.
- Manage technology vendors and service providers
- Support cyber security, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a small high-performing team.
- Experience leading technology functions within small to medium-sized organisations
- Strong technology strategy and leadership capability
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers.
- Knowledge of cyber security, governance, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A practical, hands-on leadership style.
- Happy to help out across the organisation from an IT perspective – no job too small.
- Salary of $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
