What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As a key member of our management team, you will ensure our residents are thriving and our staff is fully supported.
- Mentor & Coach: Support individuals in reaching their goals for independence and mastering life skills.
- Lead Your Team: Oversee staff training, conduct house meetings, and ensure the highest quality of care.
- Community Engagement: Plan and participate in engaging activities and assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Operations: Manage medication administration (MAR), ensure financial and medical needs are met, and handle daily documentation.
- Transport: Drive individuals to appointments and community outings.
