Director, Data Analytics

You will lead the embedded analytics organization across growth, product, markets, finance, risk, and institutional functions. You will define analytical standards, guide complex analyses, establish shared practices, partner with business leaders, oversee company-level reporting, and develop analysts into senior contributors and future leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop embedded analysts and data scientists
• Define rigorous and decision-ready analytical standards
• Set analytical agendas with business leaders
• Build shared review and experimentation practices
• Partner on the metrics layer and consistent definitions
• Own company-level reporting for leadership, the board, and investors
• Develop analysts into senior individual contributors and future leads

Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics or data science
• 4+ years managing analysts or scientists
• Expert SQL
• Statistical grounding in experiment design or causal claims
• Experience running an embedded or matrixed analytics team
• Experience developing analysts and building teams
• Strong prioritization skills
• Experience in a fast-moving environment
