Director of Accounting

Empath Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Accounting to lead and oversee the organization’s accounting operations across all entities. This role is critical in safeguarding organizational assets, ensuring financial integrity, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting that supports executive decision-making. As a key member of the finance leadership team, the Director of Accounting will drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and build a high-performing accounting function. This leader will partner closely with executive stakeholders to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while supporting the continued growth and mission-driven impact of Empath Health and its family of programs.
