Job Description
Circle K Business Centre in Riga is looking for a driven and engaged colleague to join our Distribution & Compliance Support Team, with the responsibility of supporting fuel distribution processes across North America and Europe.

Distribution Compliance Officer
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Monitor and maintain processes within Global Distribution Support Department to ensure that established standards and management requirements are met.
Identify and escalate any instances of non-compliance or significant issues to the responsible personnel and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Participate in internal process mapping and standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) upon management request, ensuring processes are clearly documented, up to date, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Perform audits on Global Distribution processes as requested by management.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to continuously develop and implement new quality checks to ensure compliance.
Contribute to upcoming projects and support their implementation.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Degree in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Compliance, Internal Audit, Quality Control, or other related fields.
Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe.
Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proactive, detail oriented and improvement driven personality.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Logistics and Compliance.
