Position: Distribution Manager – Male Only

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Distribution Manager to manage inventory, invoicing, stock verification, and order fulfilment operations. The candidate will coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth dispatch and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Track and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.
  
• Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and support reordering.
  

2. Invoicing and Stock Verification

• Prepare accurate invoices based on customer orders.
  
• Perform final stock verification before dispatch.
  
• Address and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  

3. Order Fulfilment and Packing

• Assist with product packing according to company and regulatory standards.
  
• Ensure products are packed securely to avoid transit damage.
  
• Coordinate dispatch activities and maintain proper documentation.
  

Requirements

• Male Candidates Preferred
  
• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant pharmacy qualification
  
• 4–5 Years of experience in retail pharmacy, warehouse, or healthcare distribution
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  
• Familiarity with inventory management software and computer applications
  
• Ability to manage stock operations efficiently
  
• Team-oriented and responsible attitude
